Median sales price is now at $549,950, marking a solid increase of 6.8% compared to this time last year
Closed sales are up 14% compared to this time last year totaling 346 homes sold in the past month.
Active homes on the market however have decreased by 25%, with only 557 available.
But, homes are selling faster than a year ago, with days to contract dropping by a staggering 37.5% to just 20 days!
Price per square foot has risen to $316, up by 10% compared to last year.”
So in summary it is becoming a hot market out there, Whether you’re buying or selling, however the volume of inventory moving is still low when compared to our previous markets
