However, we’ve noticed a slight dip in the number of sold homes, down by 15% to a total of 377 properties.
Inventory:
The inventory is tightening up significantly, with only 574 homes currently on the market. This marks a substantial 21% drop from last year.
Days on Market:
Homes are moving swiftly, spending an average of just 15 days on the market, down by 16% compared to last year.
Median Price Per Square Foot:
While the median price per square foot has seen a slight increase to $298, it’s only up by 3% from last year.
