It’s fantastic to see first-time homebuyers getting prepared and learning the process. From our last workshop, we helped three couples close on a home, one individual with credit repair, and set four couples on a game plan to buy in the fall. This time, we got three people pre-approved with the lender, and one of them is already out looking for houses. Incredible!!
